Saunders Island is the fourth largest island in the Falkland Islands, a British Overseas Territory in the South Atlantic, northwest of West Falkland, covering about 131.6 square kilometers with dramatic landscapes that include three peninsulas joined by narrow necks, upland areas, and sandy beaches.
