Shahabad Fort in Kripalpur, Rajasthan, is a 16th-century fortress built by the Chauhan Rajput ruler Mukutmani Dev in 1521. Strategically located atop a hill in the Mukundara mountain range, the fort is surrounded by dense forests, valleys, and lakes, offering natural defenses and picturesque views.

It is one of the strongest forts in the Hadoti region and historically housed 18 powerful cannons, including one nearly 19 feet long. The fort complex includes various structures such as artillery depots, granaries, temples, and water reservoirs that reflect the military and architectural expertise of the time.
