Burgruine Strahlegg is a historic ruin on the northern shore of Lake Walen in the municipality of Amden near Weesen, Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Originally constructed as a Roman watchtower around 15 BC under Emperor Augustus, it features a square structure measuring 10.4 by 10.4 meters with preserved stone walls up to 6 meters high and evidence of later medieval rebuilding. Used as an Austrian outpost in the 1388 Näfels War before destruction, the site holds national heritage status and offers hikers visibility to other ancient towers in the region.
