Castelberg Castle is a ruined medieval fortress near Ilanz/Glion in the Canton of Graubünden, Switzerland, built in the first half of the 13th century as the seat of the Castelberg family, who served as ministeriales to the Bishop of Chur.

The site features a square 9-by-9-meter main tower up to 1.85 meters thick with four stories, a high third-story entrance, and a surrounding rectangular ring wall, likely abandoned after a major fire in the early 14th century that reddened its plaster.

Once owned by the powerful Castelbergs who held multiple castles like Surcasti and Baldenstein, the ruins remain privately held by their descendants and attract visitors for hikes overlooking the Vorderrhein river valley.
