Curtilles Castle is a Renaissance-era residence in the municipality of Curtilles, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, originating from a "maison carrée" documented in 1542 and substantially rebuilt starting around 1584 by François de Villarzel, seigneur of Delley and castellan of Lucens, who oversaw major reconstructions including the main building and adjacent rural structures with homogeneous southern, western, and northern facades.

The interior features preserved painted decorations from 1586 by likely artist Andreas Stoss, including grisaille rinceaux and feigned architecture, alongside later figurative murals commissioned around 1601 by Jean de Villarzel and his wife Judith de Jeffrey, with 19th-century peasant adaptations like a vaulted cellar and additional windows.

Continued by Suzanne de Graffenried until at least 1607, the privately owned castle reflects Bernese noble influences and regional architectural evolution, remaining a key heritage element in the village near Lake Neuchâtel.
