Heinzenberg Castle
Switzerland, Switzerland
Heinzenberg Castle is a ruined medieval fortress situated on the western side of the Domleschg Valley in the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland.
Constructed in the 12th century by the Freiherr von Vaz, it served as a major political and judicial center overseeing much of the surrounding valley, unlike smaller local castles.
