Hormoz Portuguese Castle, also known as Fort Nossa Senhora da Conceição, is a historic fortress on Hormuz Island in Iran, built by Portuguese colonists during their occupation in the early 16th century.

The castle was constructed with reddish stone on a rocky promontory and served as a key military stronghold, embodying a fusion of European medieval and indigenous Iranian architectural styles. Its strategic location included thick walls, several towers reaching up to 12 meters, and features like a water reservoir and an underground church, which demonstrate its multifunctional design as a military, residential, and religious site.

The fortress was part of the Portuguese effort to control trade routes and establish dominance over the Persian Gulf region, and it played a significant role in the conflicts between Portuguese and Iranian forces until the castle was recaptured by Iranian forces in the early 17th century.
