La Sarraz Castle is a medieval fortress in the municipality of La Sarraz, canton of Vaud, Switzerland, with origins tracing back to around 1049 when it was built by the Lords of Grandson on a rocky spur as a family residence that remained in continuous noble ownership for nearly 900 years until 1948.

Expanded over centuries with 11th-, 13th-, and 15th-century elements including towers, courtyards, and grand halls, it hosted significant cultural events like the 1928 Congress for Modern Architecture under Hélène de Mandrot and preserves exceptional collections of furniture, paintings, silverware, and archives reflecting Vaud's aristocratic heritage.

Now managed by a foundation as a Swiss heritage site of national significance, it houses the Musée Romand and Musée du Cheval, offering exhibits on regional history, horses, and medieval life amid restored interiors and scenic grounds.
