Planta Castle, known as Planta Tower or Turm Planta, is a medieval residential tower in the village of Zuoz in the Upper Engadin valley of Graubünden canton, Switzerland.
First mentioned in the 12th century as the ancestral home of the influential Planta family, lower nobility who rose to prominence in regional politics, it was acquired by the Bishop of Chur around 1137-1139 before returning to family control.
Recognized as a Swiss heritage site of national significance, the well-preserved structure exemplifies early alpine manor architecture and stands prominently amid Zuoz's historic buildings.
