Restiturm is a well-preserved 13th-century castle ruin, known as Burgruine Resti, located at the foot of the Hasliberges above Meiringen in Switzerland's Canton of Bern.
Built around 1250 by Peter von Resti as the seat of the Knights of Resti, vassals of the Habsburgs, it controlled the Haslital valley and key Alpine trade routes like the Grimsel, Joch, Susten, Grosse Scheidegg, and Brünig passes.
Abandoned in the 16th century, the site primarily its iconic tower was restored in 1914 and 2004 with added ladders, a terrace, and information boards, now owned by a Meiringen nonprofit and accessible via trails for panoramic views.
