S. Giorgio Castle in Magliaso, Switzerland, is a medieval fortress first documented in 1033, serving as the residence for nearly two decades from 1098 to 1117 for Landolfo Carcano, the schismatic bishop of Como appointed by Emperor Henry IV against Pope Gregory VII.

Besieged and conquered in 1117 by forces from Como amid conflicts that sparked a decade-long war with Milan, it later passed to the Rusca family of Como in the 13th century before being acquired in 1668 by Carlo Corrado Beroldingen, who rebuilt the decaying ruins into an ornate palace alongside the new parish church.

Recognized as a Swiss heritage site of national significance, the structure retains a rare secular Romanesque fresco on its south tower from around 1117 and stands as a key landmark in Magliaso's pre-industrial landscape of farms and mills.
