Schloss Münchenwiler is a medieval castle complex 3 km south of Murten in Switzerland's Canton of Bern, originating in 1081 when the brothers of Vilar donated their lands to Cluny Monastery, establishing a priory that later came under Bern's St. Vincent Monastery by 1485.

Acquired by Anton von Graffenried in 1668, it remained a noble residence until 1798 and passed through owners until Bern repurchased the dilapidated structure in 1943 for military use, later transforming into an adult education center in 1984 with renovations from 1986-1990.

Since 2002, the castle has operated as a hotel with restaurant, seminar facilities, and cultural events in its historic park setting, including a 90-seat church, under various tenants while preserving its heritage significance.
