Stari Grad Orašac is a historic medieval fortress located on a steep hill above the settlement of Orašac in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Built during the Ottoman period between 1703 and 1730, the fortress served as part of the Ostrovička captaincy, a regional military and administrative district. The site was strategically important for controlling the surrounding area and protecting travel routes. It housed a garrison commanded by a dizdar and had around 60 soldiers stationed there. The fortress is now in a state of ruin, with its most well-preserved feature being a tower linked to the historic parish of Hum.

The area of Orašac is also known in local folklore as the purported birthplace of the epic hero Budalina Taleta from Bosnian folk songs, reflecting its cultural significance. The fortress remains a symbol of the region's layered history and its role in medieval and Ottoman-era Bosnia.
