Zagyvafő Vár Romjai are the remains of a medieval hilltop castle located near Zagyvaróna, a district of Salgótarján in northern Hungary.

The fortress was built after the Mongol invasion in the 13th century, likely by members of the Kacsics noble family, and occupied a strategic position overlooking the surrounding region. The castle played a role in the conflicts of the 15th century, when it was occupied by Hussite forces before being recaptured by King Matthias Corvinus.

After losing its military importance, the fortress gradually fell into ruin and was never rebuilt. Today, only small sections of walls, scattered stones, and traces of defensive earthworks remain on the wooded hill. Despite its modest ruins, the site attracts hikers and history enthusiasts with its peaceful setting, historical significance, and views over the surrounding landscape.
